The Holy Spirit Baptism

So you have been called by Christ. Or, someone has been placed in front of you that has been called by Christ. In some parts of the world today, it is deadly to gather as a group in Jesus name. This darkness does not effect the potential for the light to be carried forward. The Holy Spirit baptism is for all who seek to carry the Spirit of Life with them.

As we are not those who were raises in the Law, we do not look to cleanse the flesh, as a ceremony of the Temple. Instead we were raised in our transgressions, and only by faith can a soul be made clean. There is only one way to honor the atoning blood of Christ, and baptize those outside the walls. I soul must be baptised by water and spirit to enter the Kingdom yes. But Jesus is the water of life and the Holy Spirit is the Spirit of Life. So, unless you are a practicing Jew, the water cleansing ritual is unnecessary, in fact it is of another mediation, thereby denying the blood spilt.

As with the last lessons of the teachings of Law, everyone must repent all their wrong doings. This is done by offering up to God all the sin and trespass that you carry, or the one placed in front of you carries. Some call this placing your burdens at the foot of the cross. Once they have been set down, they are not to be picked up again.

Once you, or the person set before you, have openly brought this confession of sin before God, you or they, ask forgiveness of it by the blood of His Son, which atones for your sin. As he was the final sin sacrifice that God accepted. This is not a confession that needs to be said in front of a human mediator, this is to be done in private. We do not testify our sins, we testify to our faith in salvation.

(You, or the person set before you, will feel a deep weight lifted. It usually comes with tears. This is because they have clear their conscience, possibly for the first time in their life.)

Then you or they are a clean vessel, from the inside, out. This vessel is needing to be filled. If the vessel is not filled with life, sin will return, worse than before. It is time to be then filled with the power of God which is the Holy Spirit.

There is only the Holy Spirit baptism. It is a baptism that allows his Spirit to stay with you.

What must be asked is, "Do you accept Jesus as the Son of God and your saviour?"

An answer is given.

If the answer is yes, what then must be said is, "By the Authority of God through me, and through the Power of the Holy Spirit, and with the Father and those present here as witness, let this soul be committed unto you forever Father, Amen."

And the Holy Spirit comes upon them. If possible, although it is not at all necessary in most cases, if the power of God does not set itself upon them, lay hands on them and remain silent until it does.

From that point forward, in order to serve the will of God through the authority of His Son, this soul has to learn to deny themselves the worldly desires of the flesh. This is progressive, as it is unnatural. The Holy Spirit carries the power to guide them and council them in every moment of their day. So they seek out this holiness, and in faith, act on it.

And everytime they witness holiness come through them or others- in their heart and mind, they should give thanks to God for it, saying; "Thank you Father for your Son, I have witnessed Your power come through me to serve your will."

And by faith, they now carry the very Spirit that raised Christ Jesus from the dead. And if they remain true to the end, that eternal life will stay with them forever.

A soul, with the Father and Son as witness, can receive the Holy Spirit baptism. I have myself been witness to this in my own life. The soul places its worldly life aside, dying of it, and is reborn- carrying the Spirit of Life forward from then on. God is faithful.

The Love Ministry

2 Peter 2:18
18
For they mouth empty, boastful words and, by appealing to the lustful desires of the flesh, they entice people who are just escaping from those who live in error.
19
They promise them freedom, while they themselves are slaves of depravity—for “people are slaves to whatever has mastered them.”
-
Even in the early times of transition to new mediation, false teachings were viral. These teachings were empowerment of the flesh, and entitlement in worldliness(material favor). For, it was a great transition for those who like Solomon, used human wisdom to advance themselves in earthly ways. The concept of selflessness and the unseen qualities of God were not easy to accept, because it left no room for the vanities that come naturally to us all.

Jesus directed his disciples to abandon everything and every relationship, so they could carry his service of the Father's will forward. John the Baptist paved the way for this by never drinking wine, living in the wilderness, wearing course clothing and eating off the land. John denied himself to keep his sincerity. Jesus denied himself to do his Father's will on Earth. We deny ourselves to have the Spirit of Holiness reside in us, allowing us to recognize Christ's mediation between us and the Father.

So what does false ministry look like today?

Idol worship
Setting any heavenly or earthly form in place of faith and the Holy Spirit. Whether it is a cross around a neck, or prayer beads that repeat like a mantra any prayer, or statues of angelic forms, or statues or paintings of human saints, or images of Jesus- all of these are pagan. There is a holiness set aside for us in Spirit which recognizes our sincerity. Beyond the Holy Spirit, everything else is a manifested lie.

Privilege ministry
Having a sense of piety that empowers judgement over non believers. Having a sense of entitlement likening to that of holy favor. That separates an individual, or a group, as having less, or more favoritism in the eyes of God. Having belief that acts of selflessness, mercy, or compassion, lend to prosperity in worldly ways. None of these ideals is valid in Christ.

Freedom of the flesh
Ministries that advocate social liberties that actively empower lust or sexual immoralities. Marriages and house leaderships that condone anything that uses grace to accept the conditions of sinful living. This also includes ministry that is accepting of violence as a means to defend life.

Wealth ministry
Any and all ministry in assembly, that does not consider the commandment of treating others as you would have yourself be treated. Anyone who has more should consider those who have less, and any who have less should treat those who have more as equals in Christ. If we are not one heart and mind in Christ as a group, we are not in Christ.

-
The vanities of our existence are easily found. And it is humbling for everyone, to set themselves aside to serve through Christ. This is the only way for us to have what is holy come through us in our actions. Otherwise, our best intentions are futile, and our claim of holiness is empty.

I must add this. Jesus did not feed every hungry mouth. Nor did Peter or Paul. We live in a world where inequality is rampant. Every person on the street who asks something of me, I sincerely attempt to assist. And in my heart I first feel pleased with myself, and I tell myself what I have done is good in the eyes of God. But this is not the case.

What I have done may indeed have been an act of sincere compassion or mercy. But what did I do for that soul, besides assist in keeping them in poverty? All I really did was clear my own conscience. Now if you consider that on a greater scale, if all we do is sustain a person in their helpless state, and all that is gained is our clear conscience, how is God honor through His Son?

There was a lame man who the Temple leadership set out in front of the Temple Gate called Beautiful, every day. He would receive tokens of compassion from temple followers as they entered to worship. Peter and John saw this, and they healed him by the power of God, and brought him into the Temple to testify to this healing. What can we learn from this?

We are no longer of this world, we have died of it, and what life is in us is holy and beyond the recognition of those who are still bound here. We are capable of much in our faith in Christ. Although we may not be able to heal a lame man, we can pray. We are not here to clear our conscience so to live as we desire, we are instead here to in faith be led to bring holiness into the world - light into the darkness. And we do this as we are servants and this is our tasks. We have no expectations of gain, nor of outcomes, we simply do what we have been commanded to do. Love. Love that is not human described, but love that is eternal, full, and pure.

What it is to be sinless

Jesus said 'follow me and sin no more'. This has been interpreted as follow me and stop sinning. But how it should be interpreted is *if I am within you, and you follow what I have set out for you, you will no longer sin, as you are serving the father's will through me.*

When we cast stones when we look at others by their sin we are not doing the father's will. Knowledge of sin got no soul into the presence of the father. All knowledge of sin did was increase sin. Casting stones means you are acting out of judgement of others. We are not righteous. We have righteousness come through us only when we have set ourselves aside so to act in love and have any of the states of holiness come through us. In this way only, are we considered of righteousness, because the authority of Christ is what is perfect and the doorway to serving the will of God. No man can please God without honoring the authority of His Son.

We we not raised under the Law. We were in fact raised in our transgressions. Our only path of service is through the Holy Spirit which by our faith we seek council and guidance from to then act on in the present moment. This is why Christ said to his disciples, who were raised under the Law:
-
Matthew 21:31
31
"Which of the two did what his father wanted?" "The first," they answered. Jesus said to them, "Truly I tell you, the tax collectors and the prostitutes are entering the kingdom of God ahead of you."
-
The Kingdom is there for those who in faith can set themselves aside. It is humbling to do so, because we want to react to what is in front of us, by our own will. But we know that to have holiness come through us, we must first set ourselves aside. And the only reason we would do this is love; our love of God, or our love for all others.

I bring this up often because we have seen a generation of ministry that created a false teaching of judgement and vanity. We all sin, and there is only one way to be holy as Jesus was holy, and that is by faith alone. In him our present is sinless. There is no sin in him.

There is another reason I bring this up often. We are in a generation where liberties of the flesh and freedoms of worldliness are supported by many human authorities. Our worldly society is supplying a morality that is meant to bring mankind into unity through the flesh and wealth. This is to be expected, as there is human wisdom and knowledge that supports this blindness. As believers, we have to see this as a dangerous time, because we have been raised to see sin and condemn it. It is not our place to condemn the actions of non believers.
-
Hebrews 12:14
14
Make every effort to live in peace with everyone and to be holy; without holiness no one will see the Lord.
-
If indeed you carry the Spirit of the life of Christ in you, by that authority all holiness is available to serve the will of God in your acts. And you can then in confidence be surrounded by non believers and be nothing but an example of holiness. Love them, setting aside your weaknesses to allow the strength of Christ to guide you in your actions.

There are certain lifestyles that make it difficult to have the life of Christ in you. We know them well. And as believers who wish to serve through Christ, we are instructed to avoid these choices, even if we are naturally inclined towards them. This is the suffering that each of us has been appointed to carry out. And I say to you now, those who do set aside these natural states within them, are stronger in faith, and capable of greater service through Christ.

So what shall we say? Do not cast that stone. You will be tempted to do so. Judge, and you will be judged for it. Condemn and you will be condemned for it. There is perfect judgement, but in what we do, we are not called to judge; we are called to love. So love, and be the voice of holiness.

Carry on!

What is the Light?

Isaiah 45:7
I am the Lord, and there is no other.
7
I form the light and create darkness,
I bring prosperity and create disaster;
I, the Lord, do all these things.
-
The light is perfection, purity. The light is brought into moments by those who serve it by its authority. God formed the light, and from it came awareness. The light is perfect wisdom. Any awareness that comes from perfect wisdom is complete, and trustworthy. That awareness is what is called Truth.

The Creator either offers the light or takes it away. Darkness is what there was before the light. Existence without wisdom, relies solely on knowledge and instinct. The darkness is an existence without recognizing or understanding perfect wisdom. If we have been shown wisdom and become aware, we must choose to embrace it. If we deny what we become aware of, it is taken away. It is worse to have known wisdom and deny it, then to have never known it.
-
John 8:12
12
When Jesus spoke again to the people, he said, “I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will never walk in darkness, but will have the light of life.”
-
Awareness must be applied in the present, acted on. Recognizing with faith, that the life we carry forward is the Spirit of Truth. We act on what the Spirit of Truth supplies us in the moment, as it is the same holiness that is expressed in eternal realms. All that comes from the Kingdom is divine, and as the life in us is of Christ, he is witness to it, and the Father with him. Life is in the present moment always, and the light of life is the wisdom of that authority.

What wisdom can we find when we prosper, that is the same when we are facing disaster?

The Lord spoke unto Isaiah and said that He places both prosperity and disaster in front of us. And we know that the light of wisdom shows no favoritism. So we can consider this, and become aware that both prosperity and disaster are ways that the Lord brings understanding to us. The understanding always honors the Father's will, which is to increase faith in His Authority which is the life that is Christ which we carry forward.

Human knowledge and human wisdom is similar to mapping out a dark room with stumbling feet and out-stretched hands. Whatever is revealed by the flesh in the moment is meaningless, and whatever is gained is meaningless. This is what prosperity and disaster have in common, the end result of both is that life with faith is a poverty of the soul. We are spiritual, bound in an existence that we must look beyond to embrace its truth.

So what of believers and followers of the Truth, what is God's purpose for them?

Having awareness that guides us to act in ways that honors the unseen qualities of holiness, is our goal. To remain steady in the present moment, becoming reliant on the guidance and council of perfect wisdom. This is how we go forward. And our hope is based on it. That we can honor the authority of Jesus, of whom we are a part of, and whom also  lives within us. We can only do this by setting ourselves aside, as our nature is to rely on our senses, our human knowledge and instinct. We have been shown the light, and must learn to rely upon it.
-
Matthew 5:15
15
Neither do people light a lamp and put it under a bowl. Instead they put it on its stand, and it gives light to everyone in the house.
-
As the Body of Christ, which is the Body of Truth, we are the stand which carries the perfect wisdom which brings awareness. Our actions are what fills the room, meaning, others are witness to it. Bringing understanding to the following: Where the light is, darkness cannot remain nor can it linger.

Faith in the perfect wisdom, and action on its understandings my spiritual family. Rest all your hopes on service of Truth, by the authority of Christ in your acts.

Amen
