In Grace: of Goodness, and of Holiness

Here is this Pharisee, this high ranking prosecutor, one whom was greatly respected, and whose knowledge of the Law made him the hand of justice. The Isrealites having become powerful, even stoned their own kind if they missed Sabbath. This official of the Chief Priests was sent out as a hand of temple authority among man. Arresting men and women for crimes against the temple Law.

Cyrus the great, allowed by edict, religious beliefs to be kept by people in the regions he ruled. This was acknowledge by the Hebrews of Isaiah's time, and they considered Cyrus, annointed by the Lord God because of it. But here we are in a time of strength for Israel, witnessing the hypocrisy of power, seeing Christians hunted down and arrested for beliefs that threatened temple authority.

What does grace do? It shows us that what is good is of God. As there is none among us whom are good. There is only among the children of the womb, those whom rely on their own personal understanding, which is based off their own personal knowledge of good and of evil. Grace shows those it is placed upon, that righteousness is of God alone. *Grace, humbles the greatness of man, but, raises him up in purpose.*

Acts 9:1-5

Saul’s Conversion
1
Meanwhile, Saul was still breathing out murderous threats against the Lord’s disciples. He went to the high priest
2
and asked him for letters to the synagogues in Damascus, so that if he found any there who belonged to the Way, whether men or women, he might take them as prisoners to Jerusalem.
3
As he neared Damascus on his journey, suddenly a light from heaven flashed around him.
4
He fell to the ground and heard a voice say to him, “Saul, Saul, why do you persecute me?”
5
“Who are you, Lord?” Saul asked. “I am Jesus, whom you are persecuting,” he replied.

Acts 23:6-8
6
Then Paul, knowing that some of them were Sadducees and the others Pharisees, called out in the Sanhedrin, "My brothers, I am a Pharisee, descended from Pharisees. I stand on trial because of the hope of the resurrection of the dead."
7
When he said this, a dispute broke out between the Pharisees and the Sadducees, and the assembly was divided.
8
(The Sadducees say that there is no resurrection, and that there are neither angels nor spirits, but the Pharisees believe all these things.)

---

Paul was chosen by Christ, because his testimony created war, spiritual war, among the children of God. The truth brings true division, cleaves those whom rely on their knowledge of sin and those who have faith like Abraham had faith. For it has always been about honoring the Father, not this flesh, and this separation in the presence of the Lord, either honored the creation or it honored the creator. Christ Jesus ministered for the latter, by doing the Father's will.

Acts 9:20-22
20
At once he began to preach in the synagogues that Jesus is the Son of God.
21
All those who heard him were astonished and asked, “Isn’t he the man who raised havoc in Jerusalem among those who call on this name? And hasn’t he come here to take them as prisoners to the chief priests?”
22
Yet Saul grew more and more powerful, and baffled the Jews living in Damascus by proving that Jesus is the Messiah.
23
After many days had gone by, there was a conspiracy among the Jews to kill him,

Here is what is good. Goodness is action that comes through us that is holy. Holiness is not of us inbour imperfect state, no. *Holiness; is known by the spiritual fruits and gifts is bears. Holiness occurs through those in the grace their belief in Christ Jesus supplies, by the kingdom of the Holy Spirit of God.* So, what is good, is holy, and shows the Father to be alone righteous.

1 Peter 1:14-16
14
As obedient children, do not conform to the evil desires you had when you lived in ignorance.
15
But just as he who called you is holy, so be holy in all you do;
16
for it is written: “Be holy, because I am holy.”

---

 and

---

Leviticus 20:26
26
You are to be holy to me because I, the LORD, am holy, and I have set you apart from the nations to be my own.

---

*Never was is said we become good, nor was it ever said we become holy. No, what is now made clear is that what is good is holy, what is holy is spiritual, and what is spiritual; comes by spiritual means of the kingdom of heaven, through those whom believe, and by grace, have come to understand they must deny themselves so the eternal authority of truth may bear fruit through them, showing righteousness is of the Father alone.*

Amen
