Acknowledging the Father through His Son

2 Thessalonians 3:16

16 Now may the Lord of peace himself give you peace at all times and in every way. The Lord be with all of you.

This is a great example of how the Kingdom of God carries those qualities of consciousness that the world teaches us is of ourselves. The Kingdom is the Holy Conscious of God. We are supplied these qualities, we do not have these qualities. The difference between these two is one glorifies the flesh and one glorifies the Father through His Son!

All these qualities are founded on love, as God is love. There are examples; peace, patience, love, gentleness, kindness, joy, goodness, self control, and faith. I would add to this hope, mercy, compassion, understanding, and an eye and ear for wisdom. These additions are strengths that faith brings about by the Kingdom through the Holy Spirit into us. But the qualities of the Kingdom such as peace, are certainly not human based emotions or states of being. They are spiritual and pure qualities of perfection.

What is given can be taken away. And what is given if used to serve selflessly is given all the more. But if what is given is kept, (or hidden), by the individual, this holiness is stripped from them. This may have a great deal to do with why these qualities of holiness seem temporary. They do not change, our focus does. They do not weaken, we do. They are not temporary, our strength is. So we are told to persevere, have faith, and seek our strength from the Lord. All of this is to bring us into walking through our day in the Spirit. Why? Because we understand,(or are learning), that what the Kingdom provides, is under the authority of the Holy One of God and glorifies the Father through our belief in Jesus' reign.

In heaven are certain eternal forms that do not share the truth, but instead use the holiness of the qualities of the Kingdom, to enable the flesh without having it acknowledge it is of God. This creates this misconception that conscience is of man, and not spiritual. By doing so, the enemy who leads mankind, (by their desire for what is set before them), controls mankind by supplying holiness that bears no fruit worthy of God. In other words, love and all the pure qualities of the conscience of God, are claimed as human strengths, which enables them to confirm their desires.

Love is selfless and flourishes when it is acknowledged as holy and an act of God through us. This is 'righteousness through us', and the entire bible confirms this.

In many ways are we capable of relying on Christ so we can glorify the gift of life. Consider this. Next time you show self control, thank the Father for His Son. The next time you show kindness, thank the Father for His Son. The next time you do something selfless, thank the Father for His Son. These compliments are known throughout the heavenly bodies, and they are absolutely not what the enemy wants.

Onward Christian, serve in holiness, glorify the Father through His Son! Hallelujah! Amen!
