Live by the Spirit

Ephesians 3:16

16

I pray that out of his glorious riches he may strengthen you with power through his Spirit in your inner being,

Imagine trying to do what you believe is right without knowing what is right. That is exactly what you did before the Lord found you.

No one in the world says, 'Today I am going to so what I think is wrong.'

Human beings are souls that are reliant on their vessels. We are raised to rely on our instincts, and our knowledge, in order to react to what is placed in front of us. The problem is that our instinct is based on survival, and our knowledge is always incomplete. So although human beings desire to do what is best, what is best is founded on self and incomplete understanding.

Our inner being, is what we know as our souls. Our soul is a breath, a given portion of life. And life is itself spiritual. So the term 'human being' is saying 'of earth/of spirit'. Our soul is open to the spiritual realm, and our souls are tempted and/or guided through our conscience. The conscience in a human being is where the soul gathers understanding to act on.

As believers, if we are indeed of the Body of Christ, we have a different path that leads to our actions. We have the Holy Spirit, and by the Holy Spirit, we have the Kingdom and all that is holy; available to us. Our soul, our inner being, relies upon the Holy Spirit instead of this vessel. In doing so, our conscience is no longer seeking to do our own will, instead we seek to do the Father's will. So the riches of perfect knowledge what blooms from perfect love; are available to come through us. This holy power is of the Kingdom, which is the holy conscience of God.

By faith alone, can the holiness of the Father come through us. What is right can only come from Him. And we are confident that, no matter the circumstance, our soul can rely on what is holy to be right. Christ Jesus is the Truth, and the Spirit of Truth is with us.
