Marriage and the Bonds of Adultery

Marriage is solely a spiritual bond that is consummated in the union of the bodies of an unattached man and an unattached woman, becoming one. (The procreation comes from bringing two souls together to offer God their unity.)

No vows, no priest, no ritual, no prayer, no pronouncement, no dressing up, no gifts, no license, no registration. Some suggest the woman be given over to the man by her parents, but that is also circumstantial to her having parents.

Marriage is 100% a spiritual bond made through sex. Pre marital sex is itself marital.
Every sexual encounter where a man and a woman unite, is a marriage of souls.
Only the marriage of a virgin woman or a female widow to a man is a consummation that God will recognize. Every other sexual relationship is based on the sin of adultery.

1.
"Ask the Father to divorce you from your previous sexual bonds in Jesus name."
2.
"Ask the Father to divorce you from the influences of adultery in your heart and mind."

In this generation where a man or a woman has many sexual partners, they are all spiritually bound to one another in the sin of adultery. That bond is present in their hearts and minds, and empowers their desires and expectations of one another. Imagery of movie stars, characters in books, social culture, affluency, convenience, and idolatry also fuel this lustful adultery.

Matthew 5:31,32
31
“It has been said, ‘Anyone who divorces his wife must give her a certificate of divorce.’
32
But I tell you that anyone who divorces his wife, except for sexual immorality, makes her the victim of adultery, and anyone who marries a divorced woman commits adultery.

---

The worldly divorce is merely for tax and property reasons, and has to be certified by the magistrate's office. But the divorce that matters, is the spiritual divorce that can only be found through repent and prayer by Christ's authority.

A man who divorces a woman for any other reason than her being sexually immoral, is committing adultery. A divorced woman is not a widow, nor a virgin, and is bound to the first man she consummated with. Any man who marries her is committing adultery. Adultery is an act of lust. Lust for comfort, (control)power, flesh, position, authority, property, or wealth.

Marriage is solely a spiritual bond consummated in the union of the bodies of a man and woman becoming one. All other marriages are either sinful, or simply worldly.

Another great example of why Christ Jesus died for our sins. Our generation is completely corrupt and unholy, yet celebrate with liberty of the flesh and freedom to sin.

Last word, whatever status you were in when the Lord called you, stay in that status. Single? Virgin? Married? Stay that way. Marriage is nothing like what the world today describes.
