This is a sermon for non-believers
There is one Almighty God. He is known as the Most High, above all things.
Before creation, the Most High created His Authority. His Holy One, is also called 'the Word'. Through 'the Word', all creation came into being; the heavens, the earth, and all living things. The Spirit of the Most High is the Power of God. The Most High, the Holy One, and the Holy Spirit are all one. They are named, 'I AM'.
Life is spiritual. It is of the power of the Most High, and under His Authority. This is why we call the Most High 'God of the living'. Life is currently separated in two parts of creation: heaven and earth. Heaven has life that is eternal, which means without death. Life on earth deals with death. Life is what we label as soul.
The Most High made creation in six days, and rested from His work on the seventh day. Time is not the same in eternal places. What was six days to the Most High, was hundreds of millions of years here on earth. On the second day, the Most High created a being. We call him Adam. He is called Adam because he is made by God. Adam spent a great amount of time in the presence of the Most High, in a place called the garden. Adam was born long before mankind began to develop. Mankind developed during the sixth day. Adam was built by the hand of God, and given a breath of life called a soul. Mankind developed to be in the image of spirit, so they too had soul.
Of mankind, none were a suitable partner for Adam. So the Most High made Adam fall asleep, and from Adam, the Most High took a rib. The Most High used that rib and earthly components, and created a form He them breathed a soul into. This form was called Eve.
She was called woman because she came from God and Man.
Because Adam and Eve were tricked into disobedience, they were sent out of the presence of the Most High. They were immediately aware of themselves. This is because their souls had never faced knowledge without faith. They began reacting to what was in front of them, because on earth what happens in the present moment has continuity without understanding. Like a flowing river knows no peace. Life is constantly fighting the motion of death here.
Adam and Eve had children. Their children to wives from mankind. This was the first blending of two forms of life. One was always seeking the unseen, and one was evolved to react by instinct to what was placed in front of it in the moment. The lineage of Adam is the bloodline that led to a man named Jesus being born of a woman of that lineage.
Adam was expelled from the presence of the Most High for disobedience. Jesus was born to mankind to bring us salvation. To lead us back into the presence of the Most High through faith. The soul of Jesus, was the Holy One. Jesus, had his flesh cleansed in a ceremony named baptism. It was at that point, the Most High set the Holy Spirit upon His Holy One, in this earthly form. This became the savior. Salvation means, a way to the presence of God. God is the I AM.
Jesus was the physical embodiment of two of the three parts of I AM. The third part, Jesus called the Father. The Most High is the Father of those who know Him through the Holy Authority. Jesus did the Father's will here. So the will of the Most High was done through His Holy Authority by the power of His Holy Spirit.
The story of Jesus is filled with miracles and wonders. But what is important today is the gospel of the kingdom. The kingdom is a term for what is the eternal conscience. As a soul is a part of the Most High through His Authority, each soul has the presence of the kingdom. What is of the kingdom is holy. Holiness is perfection.
Love is the foundation of the will of God. Love is like a tree that bears many fruit. These are attributes of love. Love, kindness, gentleness, peace, patience, goodness, faithfulness, and self control. These fruit, are holy, spiritual, and of the same unseen qualities of soul. The kingdom is a conscience where souls take from the tree of love.
This understanding is very important. Because the use of these fruits has been considered of the flesh, and is misused. Jesus not only revealed the kingdom to us, but, also explained how the kingdom should be used to show the Father as what is righteous, what is perfect.
The kingdom supplies holiness, yes. But since we are imperfect, when we act on what is supplied by the kingdom, we are reacting with it bases on our desires. Our desires are flesh based, because of the survivalist instinct of our ancestors. But our salvation is in the understanding that we also came from a perfect form, that can be obedient to unseen things and act of faith. To do the will of God, is to deny ourselves in a faith that what is perfect can work through us. But we cannot do this alone, as we are incomplete in our understanding.
When Jesus returned to the presence of the Father, he left us the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit is our counselor, our guidance. We seek by the kingdom, and deny ourselves. We have faith that the Holy Spirit will place upon us, the perfect understanding. And then our acts with the fruits of the kingdom provide perfection. This perfection is known as the will of God.
We can not do what we desire, and serve the will of God. Why? Because our desires are of the flesh, so we react. But when we deny ourselves, we are seeking unseen qualities, the Holy Spirit by faith. Again, this is the duality of our ancestors we are overcoming.
Love provides. Jesus served. So we serve.
Jesus left us two commandments. And if they are followed from moment to moment, we are carrying him in us. When we carry him in us, the Holy Spirit recognizes us. This is why sincerity is part of being a Christian. You must believe to be a part of the body of the Holy Authority. Love, faith, and hope is all we have.
1.
You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.
2.
You shall love your neighbor as yourself.
