Ezekiel 17:23,24
23
"in the mountain of the height of Israel will I plant it; and it shall bring forth boughs, and bear fruit, and be a stately cedar; and under it shall dwell all fowl of every wing, in the shadow of the branches thereof shall they dwell."
24
"And all the trees of the field shall know that I the LORD have brought down the high tree, have exalted the low tree, have dried up the green tree, and have made the dry tree to flourish; I the LORD have spoken and have done it.'"
---
The covenant made with the Lord through Moses was replaced by an eternal covenant. The first covenant was based on knowing what sin was, and in obedience to those commandments, the people of this covenant followed a path of righteousness. The second covenant was made through Christ Jesus. The covenant was fulfilled the first covenant, and brought righteousness through those who believed in it's mediator.
The establishment of the nation of Israel was a joy for the Lord, but they always strayed, and in syraying set others who were meant to learn of righteousness, even further into sin. The remainder of the world was then given of their inheritance, and any who believed and acted on their faith, became of that inheritance. Thus the old tree was brought down, and the new tree flourished for all to witness it's glory.

Matthew 22:9
So go to the street corners and invite to the banquet anyone you find.'

True Israel is the body of Truth, which is a body of believers who do the will of God. True Jerusalem is to come, and is an eternal city where the Lord will reside with His body forever. There is no prophecy that saves a dead tree, there is only prophesy that grows in it's image.
---
Ezekiel 13:19
"And ye have profaned Me among My people for handfuls of barley and for crumbs of bread, to slay the souls that should not die, and to save the souls alive that should not live, by your lying to My people that hearken unto lies."
---
What salvation can there be for a nation who denies it's Savior? What prophesy can there be that is true from lies? Oh Israel, you have been long in you rebellion, and cling to dust and blood and stone, while you deny yourself joy, and the forever with your Lord. What will come, is come.
Christ Jesus is the Son of God
Now the concern. For those who claim to have faith in the new covenant, they must grow from faith into obedience. And if they do not produce acts, that is, set themselves aside so that holiness can come through them, they can expect to feel the Lord's wrath. For although many are invited, few are chosen.
---
Matthew 22:14
"For many are invited, but few are chosen."

The Lord sent six men in Jerusalem. Five had weapons of destruction, and one had an inkhorn. Ezekiel was shown all the Israel did that provoked His jealousy on the sixth year in the sixth month on the fifth day. A mark was placed on the forehead of all those in Jerusalem that cried for all the abominations that were done there.
---
Ezekiel 9:4
"And the LORD said unto him: 'Go through the midst of the city, through the midst of Jerusalem, and set a mark upon the foreheads of the men that sigh and that cry for all the abominations that are done in the midst thereof.'"
---
The mark served to spare those who cried. Then the five went behind after the one who had placed the marks. Rhos who did not have the marks were destroyed. The five were told not to spare any nor have pity.

Ezekiel 14:22,23
22
"And, behold, though there be left a remnant therein that shall be brought forth, both sons and daughters; behold, when they come forth unto you, and ye see their way and their doings, then ye shall be comforted concerning the evil that I have brought upon Jerusalem, even concerning all that I have brought upon it;"
23
"and they shall comfort you, when ye see their way and their doings, and ye shall know that I have not done without cause all that I have done in it, saith the Lord GOD.'"
---
The significance of what the Lord said bring today a very clear message of what has been prophesied for the end days. The faithful shall be spared, and they shall be comforted. But all who have denied themselves salvation, will be counted against Him. Instead of a mark of the Lord set upon those who shall be spared, a mark shall be placed on all who seek to serve Money instead of God.
The significance of the sixth year, in the sixth month on the fifth day, is when the Lord had His mark set upon those who cried in His name, about the abominations of Jerusalem. The wisdom behind the mark of the beast is the next day. And the coming of that day and the hour, is known only to the Father. The last day. The first mark was given and spared the living. The second mark is welcomed and denies eternal life.

James 2:13
because judgment without mercy will be shown to anyone who has not been merciful. Mercy triumphs over judgment.
---
The Father is merciful, and the world will bow down and confess that His authority is upon all things. Knowing this, what kind of life should we lead? We should be merciful, charitable, treat others how we would have ourselves be treated. We do not know when the final day begins, we only know that it comes, and on its wings; final judgement.
Be loving, be long suffering. Do not be judgemental. Do not be lukewarm in your faithfulness. Do not allow your desire for money to blind you. Choose to prosper eternally, and show this in your acts, by denying your will to prosper in worldly ways. Separate yourself from ungodly relationships. Separate yourself from those who sin and profit. Do not let pride endure in your heart, instead feed off the life of Christ in humility; knowing greatness is not of you, but can come through your faithfulness.
He is alive. He is near. He is come.
