The following is the second part of a two part understanding regarding the message of Enoch regarding the Law of Creation. (A Precept is defined as a general rule intended to regulate behavior or thought.)
There are two calamities. The first calamity was the flood that washed away the wickedness that came through heavenly forms and corrupted the children of mankind. The second calamity is yet to come, and it will forever cleanse heaven and earth of transgression, and the peace of God will then live among the body of truth forever and ever.
There are two judgements. The first judgement occurred before the first calamity and there were heavenly forms, heavenly/earthbound forms, and earth bound forms that were judged as beyond redemption. The second judgement has yet to be completed and the second calamity will bring an eternal end to all transgression against the law of creation.

Matthew 24:32-35
32
“Now learn this lesson from the fig tree: As soon as its twigs get tender and its leaves come out, you know that summer is near.
33
Even so, when you see all these things, you know that it is near, right at the door.
34
Truly I tell you, this generation will certainly not pass away until all these things have happened.
35
Heaven and earth will pass away, but my words will never pass away.

Cost of Transgression
Enoch 5:4
4
But you have not persevered in, nor observed the the of the Lord, but you have transgressed and spoken proud and hard words with your unclean mouths against His majesty. You hard of heart! You will have no peace!
-
The law of creation has never changed. It follows a path set out under the authority of the Holy One. All that has been created was created through that authority, so all that is created is under that authority. Transgression is when that authority is known yet is denied. For the heavenly forms who acted on their own understanding and corrupted the succession of the law of creation, their actions brought judgement that is eternal and complete. The law of creation does not change, and acts against is only serve as evidence for perfect judgement to be made.
The Curse of Transgression
Enoch 5:5
5
And because of this, you will curse your days and the years of your life you will destroy. And the eternal curse will increase and you will not receive mercy.
-
Because the law of creation does not change, succession of time only serves to glorify its perfection. But for those who deny the law of creation, a separation between them and those who rely on the law of creation is made clear. And those who deny it, evidence mounts to their inevitable destruction, because they are unable to overcome the authority that they were created through. They cannot be ahown mercy because their actions are evidence that they themselves acted without mercy or justification against the law of creation.
The Eternal Separation
Enoch 5:6
6
In those days you will transform your name into an eternal curse for all the righteous. And they will curse you sinners forever.
-
All that is righteous is of God. This is an attribute of those who rely on the law of creation, and have confidence in its authority. They persevere, recognizing that what is righteous is holiness acting through them. But for those who by their own authority act within the law of creation on thier own terms, they deny the authority through which they were created. Because the law of creation and its authority never change, what remains is evidence of the extent of transgression. This is how we recognize perfect judgement; it is justifiable.
---
John 5:30
30
By myself I can do nothing; I judge only as I hear, and my judgment is just, for I seek not to please myself but him who sent me.
---
1 John 4:16,17
16
And so we know and rely on the love God has for us.
God is love. Whoever lives in love lives in God, and God in them.
17
This is how love is made complete among us so that we will have confidence on the day of judgment: In this world we are like Jesus.
---
Those who do not rely on the law of creation do not recognize the authority by which they were created, so cannot have what is righteous come through them. So all they do is sin, and this curse follows them to their end and their judgement.
The Eternal Judgement
Enoch 5:7
7
For the chosen there will be light, joy, and peace, and they will inherit the earth. But for you, the impious, there will be a curse.
-
There is wickedness in heavenly realms. The heavenly forms that did not rely on the law of creation, and denied the authority through which they themselves were created; have become themselves cursed to watch the succession of time bring righteousness through the living. The heavenly forms are witness to the righteousness they denied rooting and blooming and beginning to bear fruit that glorifies the law of creation and its authority.
The righteousness that comes through the faithful, acts as evidence against the wickedness in heavenly realms. So as the seasons of transition occur within the law of creation, the chosen persevere, and it serves to justify the condemnation and the separation of those who acted against the authority of the law of creation.
The Justification Of The Righteous
Enoch 5:8
8
When wisdom is given to the chosen, they will all live, and will not again do wrong, either through forgetfulness or through pride. But those who possess wisdom will be humble.
-
The knowledge of good and evil was itself creates through the authority of the law of creation. So when mankind was given the knowledge of good and evil, without understanding the authority by which it was created, could not recognize that authority within themselves. Instead they reacted to what that knowledge was and relied upon it, and their actions they then believed were their own.
The law of creation and its authority never change. So the succession of time glorifies the law of creation by its authority. If knowledge is used without this truth as its authority, the actions are sinful and meaningless. As moments pass by, the actions of those moments are forgotten because they contained no truth.
Those who rely upon the truth to validate the knowledge of good and evil, serve to glorify the fruition of the law of creation. They serve with confidence, because they known what comes through them is righteous and holy. This is the humility of service, knowing that only through the authority we can bear fruit in accordance to the law of creation.
Those who acted on their knowledge become proud because they relied on their own authority. But these acts of sin only serve as evidence to the separation between them and those who relied upon righteousness to come through them. The judgement of the Holy One is perfect, because either action deny or glorify the law of creation.
The New Creation
Enoch 5:9
9
They will not again do wrong, and will not be judged in all the days of their life and they will not die of wrath of anger. But they will complete the number of the days of their life. And their life will grow in peace, and the years of their joy will increase in gladness and eternal peace all the days of their life.

Ezekiel 37:27
27
My dwelling place will be with them; I will be their God, and they will be my people.
---
John 14:16
16
And I will ask the Father, and he will give you another advocate to help you and be with you forever--
---
Isaiah 65:17
17
"See, I will create new heavens and a new earth. The former things will not be remembered, nor will they come to mind.
---
The law of creation and its authority never change. But, what if creation passes away and is replaced by a new creation? The law of that new creation will still be of that same Holy Authority. And it is said that the heavens and the earth of that new creation will be obedient to that authority and faithfulness will be forever.
